High Protein French Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of Ezekiel Bread (buy at Nature`s Fare)
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- dash of cinnamon
- E.D. Smith sugar-free syrup
- Yoplait Source - Lemon Meringue Parfait
- Fresh berries
PREPARATION
To make french toast, mix egg whites and cinnamon together. Dunk 1 piece of bread in the egg whites until saturated, then put in medium hot pan and cook until golden brown. I dump the rest of the egg white mixture on top to ensure I get all that protein!
Top with fresh blueberries or strawberries, a big dollop of lemon Source yogurt, and a little sugar-free maple syrup!
