"It's been a wonderful experience working with Tracy for the three month contest. Hard work, but she is always so encouraging and has a suggestion when things seem a bit daunting, for how to keep the inner fires burning to get the most out of each workout. When I started this journey I thought to myself three days a week of some exercise should be good......... but no, I now feel great about doing something 5 to 6 days a week and while it's still 'work' it has so many benefits that it's really hard to not do something! Tracy's patience and excitement about fitness and clean eating are contagious. She quietly increases weights and the intensity of the exercises and before you know it the weight is coming off, walking 18 holes of golf is amazingly do-able, and riding my horse in an hour long jumping lesson is not totally exhausting. Big hugs to you Tracy for taking on the challenge of an overweight 55 year old, un-fit woman and in three short months turning that around and helping me meet my goals. You are amazing!"

Summer Time Fitness
I have been training with Tracy since November 2010 and it has been one of the best things I have ever done! She has given me incredible amounts of support, strength, and has provided me with the best fitness training I have ever had. I have a huge dance background , and I have needed a lot of strength rehab and clarity on how to balance my strength and flexibility with integrity. Tracy has been a fantastic asset to my health and my body has never felt so strong and healthy! She is also one of the most compassionate people I have ever met.
Dave Novak's Incredible Transformation!
Dave decided in early January that enough was enough! He felt like crap and was tired of being unhealthy. He made a commitment to change and the KEY for Dave was staying consistent. For January, there was NO ALCOHOL, and his eating was clean! We introduced him to foods like 0%mf Greek Yogurt a...nd Turkey Chili! The eating was key for Dave! His training at the gym consisted of cardio circuit training. We began with a basic 3 day split and incorporated any cardio component we could along the way. Lots of bench hops and Bosu up and downs while his muscles rested and got ready for the next set. As his body got use to more cardio, he aimed for at least 4-5 cardio sessions a week, and 3+ weight training sessions, as well as his usual hockey night. The reason why Dave was successful is because he was consistent! He had more "on" days than "off" days. Now that his 3 month journey is over, Dave informs me that he is NEVER going back to the "old" Dave! We have found him a way of eating and exercising that is SUSTAINABLE for the long haul...and that too is the KEY! Great job Dave....you ROCKED it!!
I think my goals go deeper than just fitness and eating good. I want all of that (and to look good at the wedding of course), but all of this just adds on to my goal in life, to be the best wife, mother, friend, sister....well the best me I can be! My life has not been easy and not a lot of people around me can relate, but instead of letting these challenges defeat me, I want to grow and learn from them even if they don't make sense to me, all which I have been doing. So the fitness part is awesome because it helps me set an example for my son, encourage and inspire my friends and sisters, and even clients. It also makes me happy and confident. I love when you challenge me, because you know I am capable and then I do it, and I realize YES I AM! It's the best! I leave your bootcamp every morning feeling like the bomb! Plus a day like yesterday, doing all my push-ups from my toes...I mean daaang, I am feeling it today, but I am so proud of myself! I am getting better at adding more to my life in regards to fitness and pushing myself too. My diet is getting better, and that is something I will continue to work on, but I have full support from the fam to cook whatever! So all in all, I guess my goal is to be balanced in life and exercise plays a huge part in that as it makes me feel like I am "super", I am getting great results and I am more confident than ever before. So just in case you don't already know, YOU ARE THE BEST! I have been seriously inspired by you, so thank you for all of this....cue Alisha Keys "Super Woman"! Haha!
I had a baby in July 2009 and I am currently on maternity leave. I turned 40 in October and my goal this year is to lose 35-lbs and get in the best shape ever! I hired Tracy to help guide me in the right direction, and she has done just that!! There is a real benefit to having one on one training. She guides me both mentally and physically, and I would never have pushed myself the way Tracy pushes me. I lost 12-lbs and 12-inches in the last 20 sessions with her, and I continue to lose. It was the best investment I could have made

Tracy Steen is a knowledgeable and caring personal trainer. She listened to me, the client, and designed a program just right for ME! It was specifically helpful that the diet recommendations and exercises were a good fit for my age. She didn’t try to pawn off some program or advice that might be suitable for a girl in her 20’s. During my time working with Tracy, I pushed myself and was able to reach my goals. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
I'm at my goal weight of 135 lbs! As I was on the treadmill today I was thinking about the past few months and my training time with you. And I can't believe how much you helped me, Trace. Before I started meeting with you- I wasn't exercising at all. Period. And now I'm dreaming about 10km runs and joining fitness groups and I look forward to getting my sweat on. I'm the smallest and healthiest I've been in about 10 years. I feel great, and I only want to feel GREATER. My body isn't perfect and there are still changes I'd love to see, but I feel wonderful and beautiful going into my wedding day. And I can honestly say that you are largely responsible for a lot of that. So thank you so much- I really hope you are proud of what you do- you change people's lives. What you do is heal people in a lot of ways- push them onto taking care of themselves and make choices that will ADD years onto their lives.
